Descrição
To conduct sea freight operational tasks with high productivity and operational excellence in order to ensure customer satisfaction by fast and smooth cargo clearance and delivery.
• Carry our tasks regarding file management in a timely and correct manner:
- documentation check together with the team leader;
- file opening;
- collection of missing documents;
- preparation of file for pre-clearance\clearance;
- follow up of the process with Customs Clearance department;
- preparation of file for invoicing;
- follow up of the e-filing for physical file control;
• Update regularly:
- Operational Maps (excel follow up file);
- FOS;
- Pantrace;
- Intrac;
- Other files\program as required
• Follow instructions of the team leader\management regarding the contact with clients, including:
- Provide timely and accurate information;
- Prepare and send status reports as requested;
- Advise clients on delays and their consequences (fines, etc);
- Participate in the meetings with the client;
- Educate the client on processes and procedures regarding requirements for shipping to Angola and customs clearance checklist;
- Other tasks as requested by Operations Supervisor;
• Other
- Keep abreast of current and new contracts\tariffs and assist Marketing 6 Sales department as necessary;
- Endure correct implementation of all Panalpina Processes and procedures;
- Keep abreast of Panalpina services and new developments;
- Participate actively in improving the quality of Panalpina operations and services;
- Apply HSE rules and requirements at your function and report HSE observations;
- Keep your workspace organized and follow Clean Desk Policy;
- Apply the CISP and respect the code of conduct;
- Carry out other tasks as required by management;

• Freight Forwarding Know-how;

Requisitos
• Higher education level;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
