Solution Sales Manager (SDH/DWDM/MW/IP/Access)

Market development, market strategy making, key project support, and branding for Huawei SDH/DWDM/MW/IP/Access Solution in Angola market. Detailed work includes:

• Customer technical workshop, business consulting and planning, customer requirements analysis, the overall solution design, tender responses and clarifications, contract negotiations;

• Market environment and competitor analysis, mid- and long-term solutions strategy making and execution.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in telecommunication, computer science, IT,electronics or relevant area; Minimum 3 years work experience in telecom series company, candidates with technical sales experiences are preferred;

2. Familiar with at least one of the following industries: telecommunication, enterprise network, government, internet, e-games, e-commerce, e-media, etc., bearing experience in enterprise IT solution consulting, IT integration and/or IT service experience;

3. Familiar with one or more fields of SDH/DWDM/MW/IP/Access, and of related work experience are preferred;

4. Candidates familiar with telecommunication industry and with carrier network infrastructure experiences are preferred;

5. Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented, with good sense of customer service and team spirit, willing to accept challenging work;

6. Fluent in listening and spoken English/Portuguese; adapt to frequent global business trips.
