Descrição
• Recruitment and selection for Shore People.
• Support to HR Manager on HR and associated issues.
• Assist HR in developing succession plan for onshore as well as offshore personnel.
• Managing local and expats employment contracts, its validation with MAPESS.
• Assist HR in work visa process for expats.
• Provide LOI to all Expats staff.
• Actively participate in Crew Travel and Crew Change activities.
• Preparation and submission of HR Reports to the Goverment and Company Regional HR team.
• Office administractive task
• Assisting in organising Training and Personal Development of national staff.
• Coordinate the company medical insurance program
• Assist payroll process, tax related mapping and payslops issuance
• All absenteeism process, including annual leaves
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Udate social security information on system and yealy reports.
• Issue employee’s declaration
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding process.
Requisitos

• Fluency in both written and oral English and Portuguese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including word / excel / PowerPoint and Outlook;
• Able to influence, communicate and persuade at all levels
