1. Understanding of Oil and Gas Industry,
2. At least 5 years of experience in scaffolding
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of scaffolders
5. Medical Certicate
6. COVID-19 Certificate
7. BST / Offshore Survival Training
8. Logbook / Seaman´s book
9. Good communication skills to liaise with clients and other contractors
10. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
11. Ability to identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to prevent accidents
12. Flexibility to work on different sites and in various weather conditions
13. Experience with scaffolding software and technology is preferred
