Boilermaker - Oil and Gas

Boilermakers are skilled professionals who specialize in the construction, installation, and repair of boilers, as well as other large vessels or containers that hold liquids and gases. These individuals play an essential role in various industries, ensuring that the equipment they work on operates safely and efficiently. As a Boilermaker, one is involved in the fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and repair of boilers and other pressure vessels.
As a Boilermaker, the responsibility primarily involves constructing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries. Bolstering safety and efficiency, their key duties include:

Aligning structures or plate sections to assemble boiler frame tanks or vats, following blueprints.
Installing manholes, handholes, taps, tubes, valves, gauges, and feedwater connections in drums and vessels.
Performing routine maintenance on boiler systems and related valves, gauges, piping, and other equipment.
Inspecting and repairing boiler fittings, such as safety valves, regulators, automatic-control mechanisms, water columns, and auxiliary machines.

1. Oil and Gas Experience
2. Welding and Metal Fabrication Experience
3. Technical knowledge of understanding blueprints and using of metal working equipment
4. Medical Certificate
5. BST
6. Experience on using Boilers and pressure vessels and or cylinders
7. Professional qualification in welding is advantage
