Fleet Manager

a) Objective
The resources' objectives for this service shall be:
Reporting on a monthly and weekly manner to the CT and COO ECA
Car tracking follow-up report monthly
Single point of contact for any car escalation linked to ECA and projects (escalation report to be done in a written manner)
b) Fleet Management Scope of Work:
Transport Management:
The resource shall handle all project transportation requests on time.
Report all Nokia Networks car mileage and rental in a weekly manner.
Ensure all escalations are followed up and tracked
Organize for all car requirements by Nokia Networks project.
Fuel car consumption follow-up and primary interface with the fuel supplier.
Invoicing follow-up and invoice payments tracking linked to this topic
Security Tracking:
The Supplier shall provide all tracking reports weekly and monthly in line with the EH&S security requirements.
Follow-up of the security policy to be followed by Nokia Networks employees
Ensure that all cars used by Nokia Networks employee are safe and car documents are up to date (e.g. insurance).
c) Benchmark Support Scope of Work
Operation execution without customer escalation and on the time frame defined by operation
All reports to be provided on time
d) Deliverables
Car Tracking report (monthly)
Fuel car consumption reports (weekly/monthly)
Weekly and Monthly transportation planning
Escalation reports (on a case by case basis)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Good communication skills
