Transmission Line Engineer (Civil)

Design and analyze transmission line structures, foundations, and associated civil works.
Conduct structural analysis and load calculations in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
Evaluate existing transmission line systems for upgrades, repairs, or modifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and project timelines.
Utilize software tools for design, analysis, and modeling of transmission line systems.
Support tendering processes, including cost estimation and technical evaluations.

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 5-10 years' proven experience in designing and managing transmission line projects.
Written and spoken English (fluent)
Proficiency in engineering software.
Strong knowledge of industry standards.
Familiarity with construction materials, geotechnical considerations and structural design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
