FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT/ FULL BRANCH ADMINISTRATION

Application in F.A (Cash Flow, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Debtors, Creditors, Treasury, Costing, Reporting and Budgeting) is accurate. Monthly Forecasting, Financial planning and Payroll knowledge of Angolan Tax laws, Liability and Unemployment insurance. Contribute to the profitability and success of the business unit, in line with the strategies, policies and procedures of KSB Bombas e Válvulas Angola Lda.

Brief Description of the Position:
 Preparing the monthly profit and loss, income statements and balance sheet reports
 Ensure the Tax reporting and inventory processing is done on a monthly basis.
 Collect and analyze data and use it in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
 Advise management on estimates for project funding
 Create KPI reports
 Prepare weekly cash flow statements, controlling expenditure and cash flow
 Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
 Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
 Conduct internal audits such as wage reviews
 Examine financial records to check for accuracy
 Manage and train staff when necessary
 Manage the Debtors and Receivable function
 Manage the Creditors and payment function
 Manage the fixed assets, including running the depreciation, reconciling the Asset Register to the Balance sheet, the numbering of assets, write offs and year end reports.
 Ensure the F.A implementation of SAP B1 and the on-going applications for F.A Treasury - manage the banking function
 Costing - manage the cost accounting processes i.e. ensure accurate job costing
 Implement a Financial Planning module
 Manage the Payroll function
 Monitor and control all Purchasing and expenditure within the company
 Logistics – ensure the audit rules are adhered to with regards to the invoicing and delivery procedures.
 Stock Control- ensure all goods receipts are entered in SAP B1 as well as the issuing of stock to customer jobs and normal stock control for stock taking
 Manage the Human Resource function.
 Ensure all monthly and yearly returns for Tax and Vat are done on time
 Adhere to Health and Safety legislation upholding KSB Bombas e Válvulas Angola Lda Health and Safety Policy
 Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required
 Carry out all other tasks that may be delegated from time to time
 Comply with all KSB Bombas e Válvulas Angola Lda Policies and Procedures

EDUCATION: Minimum A Financial Degree
EXPERIENCE: 10 years experience – F.A Implementation & Working of SAP or SAP B1
REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in English and Portuguese
Costing experience Essential
Computer Literacy Essential
Auditing background and good working knowledge of SAP and Accounts
