Overview:

Kaya Blenders and Distillers limited is a leading player in the liquor industry, renowned for its premium brands and innovative products. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Benin. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Role: Regional Sales Manager (Alcohol Industry) - East to West Africa
Location: East to West Africa (with frequent travel across the region)
Industry: Alcohol/Beverage
Nationality: Indian Expatriates Only
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the alcohol industry

Responsibilities:

Identify and manage primary and secondary dealers, importers, and distributors of alcohol across East and West Africa.
Achieve a minimum sales volume of 500 cases per month.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers in the region.
Travel extensively across East to West Africa to manage and expand the business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company’s growth targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the alcohol industry.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
In-depth knowledge of the alcohol industry, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements in East and West Africa.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region.
Indian expatriates only.
Proficiency in English (knowledge of local languages in East/West Africa is a plus).
