Descrição
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs and improve the quality of the company's products and services;
Identify opportunities for improvement in optimization and continuous improvement of supplies;
Select, evaluate and develop relationships with suppliers;
Negotiate contractual terms and ensure the quality and punctuality of products and services provided;
Monitor and optimize stock levels to ensure a balance between cost and availability;
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supply interruptions, quality issues or price fluctuations;
Develop contingency plans to deal with crisis situations;
Lead and motivate a team of supply chain professionals, providing necessary training and support
Use data and metrics to evaluate supply chain performance;
Solve operational problems and deal with unforeseen issues that may arise;
Manage the transportation, storage and distribution of products differently;
Coordinate logistics operations to ensure punctual deliveries and competitive costs;
Maintain detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations to provide visibility to Mangement;

Requisitos

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Business Management or similar area;
Minimum 3 years of experience as a supply chain manager or supervisor in the Oil & Gas sector;
Fluent in English and Portuguese;
Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes;
Solid analytical skills and ability to develop and communicate conclusions and recommendations, creating viable strategies;
Ability to operate in a complex and rapidly changing environment whilst meeting tight schedules;
Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion of each;
Results-focused and experienced in project management as a means of planning, tracking, communicating progress and ensuring on-time delivery of projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present information and interact effectively at all levels of the organization;
Proficient in the use of MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint products;
Knowledge and mastery of inventory, purchasing and fleet management software.
