Assistant Junior Process/Field Operator – JPOP/AJFOP

To be trained to execute safe and efficient operation of FPSO Production Plant.
Area of responsibility covers assisting in operation of FPSO production plant from PCR or in the process plant field as assigned by the SPOP, as well as active learning of FPSO production plant systems and equipment as relevant to position.
Learn and follow PTW system and applicable rules, regulations and work procedures.
Learn production plant operations, including its safety features.
Learn Topside Modules with references to the P&ID’s and Module IOM’s. Record & report to nPSUP with progress reports for assessment of individual’s knowledge.
Assist in operating and monitoring process plant, relevant utility systems, PCR. Assist in troubleshooting of relevant production plant systems, processes and utilities.
Learn ESD System and necessary actions to take in the event of various emergency situations, such as PSD, ESD, fire and gas alarms.
Assist in logging data and parameters. Learn to understand and interpret of data logged.
Learn principles and assist to carry out vessel isolation, draining, vessel entry, internal and external cleaning, work at pipe racks and other production equipment at height in a safe manner.
Learn to and assist to carry out various maintenance to relevant plant utility equipment and systems.
Learn and assist to carry out well performance testing.
Learn relevant procedures and assist with process plant and subsea systems start up and shutdown operations.
Learn to identify deviations from standard production plant operating conditions and propose corrective actions.
Assist in PCR / process plant housekeeping.
Actively participate in FPSO HSE observation program.
Actively participate in onboard CBT training.
Undertake training relevant to the position requirements. Actively participate in FPSO Safety Drills and Meetings.

Technical apprenticeship or equivalent training scheme at higher level.
Technical qualification as process plant operator
Very good English written and spoken.
