Area of responsibility covers assisting in maintenance and repair of FPSO instrumentation, as well as learning of O&M of relevant Instrument equipment and systems including ESD and F&G Systems
Follow FPSO PTW system and applicable rules, regulations, and work procedures. Assist in application of FPSO PTW system.
Assist in maintenance, repair, update, and calibration all instrument systems.
Assist in routine operation and maintenance of instrumentation of Emergency Shutdown and Fire and Gas Detection systems Assist in checking and recording of status on all process field instrumentation.
Assist in application of CMMS and Spare Parts Inventory systems as relevant for instrumentation department. Assist in maintenance of various FPSO safety and alarm systems.
Assist to carry out routine safety tests and checks on equipment. Assist in troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems.
Undertake training, including self-learning, as relevant to the position requirements.
Actively learn principles of setup, installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of FPSO automated equipment. Keep Training Log.
Actively participate in FPSO HSE Observation Program Actively participate in FPSO Emergency Drills and meetings.
Requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Electronic Engineering Technology, or industry equivalent discipline. Preferably 2 years’ experience as an Instrument Technician with Production Plant operation
