• Be responsible for independently undertaking the design plan work within the design institute, including but not limited to concept conception, plan deepening, detail design, ect., to ensure the innovation, practicality and feasibility of the design plan.
• Assist the dean of the design institute in the management of the overall design project, including progress control, quality supervision, team coordination, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• Participate in the research and analysis in the early stage of the project to provide a strong basis and support for the design plan.
• Work closely with team members, share design experience and professional knowledge, and jointly improve the design level of the team.

• Have at least 10 years of working experience in the design institue and have rich design experience in large-scale public buildings and residential projects.
• Have excellent design ability and innovative thinking, and be able to independently complete high-quality design plans.
• Proficiently master design-related software and tools and be able to complete design work efficiently.
• Have a good teamwork spirit and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with personnel of different majors.
• Have a good command of English and be able to communicate in professional English fluently and read relevant English materials.
