Descrição da função
  • Monitor and report on services availability and performance to ensure SLAs.
  • Operate as the first point of contact for internal and client requests.
  • Perform request distribution, escalation and communication within Raxio’s teams and clients as defined on Raxio’s process and procedures.
  • Respond or assist in request execution or incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Provide or assist in support for ICT related issues for Raxio’s teams, or clients through remotehands services.
  • Open tickets based on incidents and requests and follow up to ensure closure.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of assets and activities in Raxio’s DCIM. CMMS and all other digital platforms.
  • Comply with safety, security, legal, and regulatory standards promoting a zero-accident culture.

  • Gestão de redes, Wifi
  • Hardware
  • Informática
Aptidões necessárias
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in ICT related fields.
  • Possess a minimum of tree (3) years of experience in working in ICT environment
  • Possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a monitoring and ICT service desk support role.
  • Experience working in critical services or environment preferred.
