Facilities Manager

• Controlling, monitoring, and guidance of the daily work within the maintenance of the colocation data center.
• Managing, monitoring, and controlling of the execution planning and progress of the maintenance of the facility.
• Drafting adequate delivery forecasts and tunes progress with VP Tech Ops
• Managing corrective and preventive maintenance; incident- and safety (work, people) reports.
• Providing and ensuring maintenance planning and checklists for the facility engineers.
• Coordinating maintenance service providers (outsourcing) as required.
• Developing and maintaining MOPs, SOPs and EOPs.
• Maintaining and leading the operation of the CMMS Tool.
• Supervising all testing and commissioning activities in the data center technical infrastructure.
• Promoting a zero accident / incident culture and environment.
• Undertaking regular audits of the testing and commissioning operation to ensure business, client, manufacturers and legal procedures, processes, regulations and standards are being complied with.

• Minimum of bachelor’s or equivalent in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Relevant certifications in mechanical or electromechanical systems from major industry vendors like ABB, Schneider, etc are preferred.
• Certification in Data Center or Critical Facilities Management Systems preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of manager-level experience in administering MEP infrastructure in -critical environments
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading teams in similar industries.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in working directly with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
