Business Development Analyst

• To be able to optimize business processes and increase market revenue
• Identify and address operational, financial and commercial gap within the business
• Identify new customers and innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction and propose to the operation and sales team
• To be able to analyse consumer behaviour to meet product and service demands and preferences
• Conduct competition analysis charts to increase market share
• Maintain, test and improve system-oriented business reports, analysis and processes;
• Analyze the performance of the purchasing and finance areas to ensure that targets and deadlines are met;
• Create monthly performance reports
• Other tasks inherent to the role.

• Degree in Business Development, Management, Marketing or any related area;
• Proven experience of more than 3 years as a business analyst;
• Proven experience in the Oil sector will be an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Highly organized and solution-oriented
• Detailed and able to prioritize
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently under pressure
