Review and identify legal risks, prepare executive summaries of those risks, and redline different types of contracts;
Act as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders to drive contracts to signature;
Advise and coach internal teams on contract-related issues;
Assist with the management of contract lifecycles, including communicating, advising, and co-validating execution versions, and storing executed contracts;
Contribute to updates of contract terms and other legal documents;
Act as a liaison between various parties regarding contract matters;
Work to build processes for scale and to improve internal workflows;
Assist in maintaining and updating a library of legal templates and resources;
Research, analyze, and interpret legislation to advise internal clients;
Work to build and maintain a contract management system;
Communicating with Management to learn about the company legal needs and concerns;
Providing legal advice. Explaining legal options, possible outcomes;
Developing strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients. Finding ethical solutions to legal matters;
Developing arguments and representing Company in civil legal proceedings;
Preparing legal court documents, such as statement of claims, application and motion records, mediation briefs and settlement proposals;
Working with International Legal firm and Cooperate on International Case or Arbitration outside the Company Territory;

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law, or a Legal Diploma, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
3+ years of experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation and Civil Legislation;
Fluency in Portuguese;
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, including advanced business writing skills (will be tested);
Experience in a multinational company;
Some recognized law title;
