Descrição
Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately and in a timely manner;
Act as a liaison and provide support, as needed, to the Board of Directors;
Manage general administration that facilitates the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects delegated from the CEO, some of which have an organization-wide impact;
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies facilitating smooth communications flow to and from the CEO's office in a manner that sustains credibility and support from all staff, suppliers, clients, and patients;
Liaise, lead and work with other company Executive Assistants and administrators to ensure seamless coordination;
Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" roles, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff; Research, prioritize, advise, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO in an expert manner; Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response;
Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships;
Manage all aspects of the organization’s office services. Identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions, as well as taking a leadership role in implementing approved process changes. Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase equipment, services, and supplies necessary for the organization’s operation;
Manage information systems operations, including hardware, software, desktop support, internal telecommunications, and strategic systems development and planning;
Other projects/duties as assigned for the organization’s overall benefit.
Requisitos
Angolan nationality;
Degree in administrative management, business management, secretarial or similar areas;
At least 10 years' experience in providing administrative support to a senior manager working remotely;
Advanced proficiency in the use of Adobe Acrobat software;
Proficiency in Sharepoint, including file migration;
Willingness to travel for work;
Own car;
Advanced level of English.
