Descrição
Technical Assistance project planning: budgets, goal setting timelines and resources required;
Coordination and leadership of multidisciplinary project teams;
Execution and control: Recruitment and selection of consultants, mobilization, logistics associate, supervising the execution of the project, ensuring that all activities;
progress according to plan. Monitor project performance, identify deviations from the original plan and implement corrective measures when necessary;
Risk management: identification, assessment and mitigation of risks associated with the project;
Communication with stakeholders: responsible for maintaining communication clear and effective with all parties involved in the project, including Clients, Authorities;
Locations, team members and other stakeholders;
Contractual and financial management of the project.
Requisitos
Angolan nationality;
Degree in Human Resources, Social Psychology of Organizations, Law;
Minimum experience of 2 years in the area of business development, project management and execution, planning and budgeting;
Knowledge of foreign languages (English - mandatory);
Domain of computer software (Microsoft Office);
Organization, ability to analyze and solve problems;
Attention to detail, pro activity and dynamism;
Team spirit, negotiation skills and interpersonal relationships;
Good communication skills.
