- Leading, promoting and owning an environment to achieve excellence in HSE, Compliance, * Quality, Customer Service & Productivity;
- Leading the team through service planning, execution, working with cross functional team to deliver efficiently and effectively;
- Liaising with Client representatives, solve customer issues, manage escalations;
- Providing technical expertise regarding Systems & Services;
- Coaching and developing the teams;
- Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place and follow to support outstanding service delivery;
- Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery;
- Build strong relationships with teams, clients and stakeholders;

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
* Engineering, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent;
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations or service delivery management with demonstrated business results;
* Knowledgeable and experienced in oilfield operations is a plus;
* Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others;
* Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 1 year’s time span;
* Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities;
* Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* High performance teams and a strong team player.
