Service Delivery Manager ( Immediate Availability)

Is responsible for all activities and areas related to the provision of services to meet the requirements of the client's contractual obligations efficiently and effectively. Work with client portfolio at a strategic, organizational and operational level and manage services, operations and people throughout the service delivery life cycle. Conduct and manage projects in the area of business transformation, infrastructure and data migration to meet the needs of customers and better the organization of the areas under your supervision.

• Minium 5 years experience in management roles in supplychain, logistics, operations, sales or consulting experience with demonstrated business results;
• Degree in Business Administration/ Business Development/Supplychain Administration/Economics
• Fluent in English, written and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated success in the areas of strategic thinking, effective team building, change leadership, and results orientation;
• Solid analytical skills; ability to develop and communicate findings and recommendations, creating actionable strategies;
• Ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures, priorities or work environments;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively;
• Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely and accurate completion of each;
• Ability to present information and interact effectively across all levels of the organization;
• Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
