Descrição
• To effectively handle the human resources functions efficiently and according to deadlines.
• Responsible for working closely with Operations Management to draw up training and succession plans in line with the contract commitment and local content regulations.
Lead strategy on local compensation and benefits plan, making recommendations to enforce competitive compensation practices and a motivated workforce;
Lead effective communication with employees in order to motivate and improve awareness of HR policies and standards;
Give direction on HR principles and employee relations grievance, disciplinary and performance management issues to Operations management (on and offshore);
Organize periodic employee presentations / durbars and ensures that the necessary follow-ups are done;
Create an environment for effective employee development and performance management by using the proper HR tools such as performance appraisals, career planning, promotions, recognition/reward programs, etc.;
Ensures compliance with all the regulatory bodies and trade unions and maintains good relationships with the appropriate external bodies;
Responsible for devising appropriate reports to Senior Management in Angola and HR Oslo on HR related matters;
Establish a framework and database of approved Manpower supply agents;
Provide effective support to Operations Management on all HR related matters;
Work closely with the HR Business Partner in Oslo and deliver in accordance with guidelines, procedures and deadlines given;
Ensure corporate HR policies are implemented locally in line with the appropriate regulations;
Main interface for HR Technology, employee self-service and data base management systems.
Requisitos
Angolan nationality;
Minimum experience of 5 years in the oil sector;
Bachelor's degree;
Domain of the English language;
Specialized knowledge in operational aspects of human resources (local content).
