Descrição da função

Certification activities:
1.1. Organize in due time certification cycles of all contracts with the client’s representatives, auditors and supporting countries
1.2. Planning and operationalizing audits, scheduling, and preparations as per the certification procedures
1.3. Follow up the certification processes, implement contracts, coordinate audits planning, ensure communications with the client and auditors, track audits documentation, audit plans, report delivering, non-conformities, and processes closing within the defined lead time. Organized full, documented processes in SharePoint, Executed and prepared administrative and technical revisions processes, and tracked status to ensure certification decisions as per the SLAs.
1.4. Monitoring and support on the qualification processes of the auditor’s – codes/standards
1.5. Operations and activities follow-up in continuous, email \mobile availability as per services need to ensure service realization as planned.
2. Administrative support to E&Q activities, including documentation and process preparation and organization, logistics, visas, and service schedule. Articulate with the internal process for any support required for operations.
3. Organize processes for invoicing, tracking contracts, annual audits program, certificates emission, and validity. Keep an updated record of services performed, ensuring coordination and required records, including cost control, reinvoice of expenses request for purchase other for services and logistics.

Deliver business unit reports, related to the services done and the status of each process.
5. Prepare and consolidate information, reporting, and retrieving feedback from the certification competence.
6. Continuous reporting to the line manager, any constraints impacting in the efficient activity operation.
7. Interacted with the operation unit team, in order to solve and look for synergies, technical guidance, and services optimization.
8. Maintain active communication with clients, in anticipation of services or update on process status and any client request related to the certification process.
