HSSE MANAGER

. Define and propose a HSEQ policy for the company based on shareholders’ best practices
. The dissemination of the HSEQ guidelines and policies throughout the organization including stations, warehouse(s), depot(s), head office.
. To establish and implement a HSEQ training plan inclusive of :
o Head office staff
o Contracted network staff.
o Tanker drivers
o Works contractors
. To assess and ensure application of internal Patrom rules action plan.
. To ensure the compliance of all sites with relevant HSEQ policies and procedures.
. Prepares action plan, monitor and manage remediation works and emergency action in response to pollution
. Monitor a proper watch of the regulation evolution and ensure the compliance of the affiliate with the proper HSEQ regulation in Angoal
. Manages issues relating to a site's environment i.e. regulations, effluent and waste treatment, etc.
. Responsible for ensuring that the Crisis Management procedure is current and drills are conducted periodically.
. Ensure Crisis Response Team members are adequately trained.
. Define a proper business continuity Plan for the affiliate
. Implements emergency plans to handle critical situations and monitor their effectiveness.
. To ensure timely reporting of all required HSEQ reports.
. Conduct periodic assessments and make recommendations in relation to:
. Haulage contractors and their fleet
. The station network
. Workplace safety
. Manage the Sustainable Development activities and related reporting
. Evaluates work risks and recommend appropriate preventative measures in relation to work operations
. Monitor station losses and follow-up implementation of agreed corrective actions.
. Identify, assess and manage different types of risks to the business activities.
. Document procedures as necessary.

BSC Degree in Environment & Safety Management;
3-5 years experience in HSE related functions;
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite;
French or English an asset but not mandatory.
Strong communication and team working skills.
