Descrição
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment;
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates;
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation;
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies;
Employee Relations and Engagement;
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee engagement programs and initiatives;
Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions as needed;
Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. HR Administration;
Ensure proper administration of all HR-related matters such as holidays, salary payments, benefits, etc;
Create processes in accordance with best HR policies and regulations, including disciplinary measures;
Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and improving team performance;
Training and Development;
Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and oversee employee record- keeping and documentation;
Benefits and Compensation;
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll;
Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages;
Workforce Planning
Collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce plans that align with the company;s strategic objectives;
Anticipate future HR needs and trends and proactively address talent gaps.
Requisitos

Angolan Nacionality;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Master´s degree is a plus.
Proven experience 10+ years as an HR Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful HR leadership;
Experience in the oil sector is a plus;
Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management;
Proficiency of RH Software tools;
Thorough understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations, particularly the LGT;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization;
Fluency in English;
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
