Ensure the meaningful involvement of CSOs and community groups (HIV , TB and malaria) in their diversity in GC7 funding request development;
2. Build capacity of Civil Society (HIV, TB and Malaria) and Community (KP, AGYWs, Persons with disabilities) constituencies to understand key documents that will enable them to engage and influence with special attention the GC7 Global Fund in Angola to HIV, GBV/SRHR, Malaria and TB programming in order to improve the quality of service;
3. Support civil society and communities in consolidating, analyzing, and costing community priorities during the development of the funding request, as well as working with the CSO writing team to ensure that all priorities are included in the funding application;
4. Preparation: Organize the kick-off call, refine the scope of work and finalize the budget with the TA applicant, quick review of relevant documents and development of the inception report (e.g. agenda, participant lists, timeline);
5. Community consultation(s): Prepare, facilitate, and document virtual or in-person community consultations to identify, systematize, and prioritize community priorities according to the templates and technical guidance from the PFG;
6. Reporting and Validation: Report development, validation, comment integration, and finalization.

A Master’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field (International Development, Project– public health);
Well acquainted with the community engagement process;
Some programming knowledge in the areas of HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria;
Good understanding of Angola's context and outlook on HIV, TB and Malaria;
Good understanding of GF processes and funding application documents;
Good analytical and presentation skills;
Good understanding of CS priorities and required costs;
Leadership capabilities that includes coaching staff to high level of performance and
engaging in effective cross-cultural and cross-functional working to achieve shared
goals and effective indirect line management;
Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to train others, harness cross- functional contributions from colleagues in other locations, being able to effectively employ face-to-face, telephone, Teams, email and other electronic communication with internal and external colleagues;
Excellent presentation and communication skills, experienced networker with ability to develop strategic partnerships with field-based donor representatives and government authorities at various levels;
Capacity and willingness to be extremely flexible and accommodating in sometimes difficult working locations.
