Descrição
Play a key role to bridge the gap between, procurement, finance and all departments related to procurement.
Capable to keep control and update of all open Purchase process/PR on daily basis:
Follow up with vendors till delivery of goods or services;
Follow up with users for receiving of goods or services;
Follow up with Finance for Invoicing and payment done in time;
Edit report and follow up for execution of pending task;
Update procurement process document;
Perform audit related to procurement as and when assigned and submit the report.
Requisitos
- Financial controller
- Procurement
Angolan nationality;
Degree level in relevant area for the function;
No experience required or a maximum of 2 years experience;
Show the certificate of Degree level;
Behaviors aligned with the Our Principles;
Good knowledge about Microsoft office, Outlook, Internet;
Average level or higher in verbal, numerical and logical reasoning (Psychometric Tests);
If the candidate have Degree in other country is advantage for us;
Portuguese Fluent (spoken and written) and English upper middle level;
Age: 25 years old maximum;
