Explain the process for import and export releases;
Explain the basic format and content of commercial contracts and tariff application to different types of customers (Local import/export, Transit import/export, Shipping Lines);
Describe the customer complaints process (receiving, action and follow up);
Identify 2 possible areas/items/issues, with proposed solutions that can make the way we work (processes) more efficient.

Angolan nationality;
Degree level in relevant area for the function;
No experience required or a maximum of 2 years experience;
Show the certificate of Degree level;
Behaviors aligned with the Our Principles;
Good knowledge about Microsoft office, Outlook, Internet;
Average level or higher in verbal, numerical and logical reasoning (Psychometric Tests);
If the candidate have Degree in other country is advantage for us;
Portuguese Fluent (spoken and written) and English upper middle level;
Age: 25 years old maximum;
