To provide comprehensive support to Weber Angola on Supply Chain and Logistics planning Key Accountabilities;
Strategically execute the plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
Direct, optimize and coordinate with logistic manager full order cycle;
Liaise and support legitimatization with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers;
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency;
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments;
Resolve any arising problems or complaints-Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce;
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements;
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements;
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors;
Manage requisition process;
Evaluate vendor bids and recommend best options;
Analyze market trends and recommend best strategies;
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices and others documets;
Develop and manage procurement budget;
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures;
Collaborate with other departments to identify purchasing needs;
Ensure timely delivery of products and services;
Monitor supplier performance and relationships Measures;
Process incoming Shipments-Aranje outgoing Shipments;
Manage Inventory-Maintain a clean Workspace;
Complete administrative tasks;
Purchases on time and within budget;
Inventory accuracy;
Inventory turnover;
Procurement ROI;
Spend under contract;
Cost saving and avoidance;
Price competitiveness Major Challenges;
Supply chain and logistics issues from suppliers and agents.
Requisitos
Qualifications required to fulfil the role-Proven working experience as a Logistics assistant (3 years);
Record of successful distribution and logistics support management;
Demonstrable ability to work with others;
Proficient in standard logistics software;
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain;
Length of Time to full job effectiveness – 3 months;
English command (fluent) Specific Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills required to fulfil the role (Technical skills);
Good knowledge of all logistics systems and tools;
Good command of computer applications e.g excel, word, powerpoint;
Knowledge of Primavera;
Good knowledge of Angolan Labor Laws (preferred).
