Contract Manager

Investigations, environmental studies, and technical surveys for projects, planning for the construction, and organize all the projects resources needed in the area of civil construction, making the bidding Proposal technical;
Budget the work, compose number and costs of labor, equipment, materials and services, appropriate specific and general costs of the work;
Provide commercial consultancy according to technical design provided, examine projects and works (reports and evaluations), evaluate technical and operational data, communicate orally or in paper with the clients about commercial and technical proposal.

Angolan nationality;
Degree in Civil Engineering;
Minimum experience of 5 years in public works in the function of execution and/or supervision of works;
Experience in public tenders;
Knowledge of methodologies applicable to engineering projects;
Familiarization with the instruction of specifications and procedures inherent in public law works;
Familiarity with construction planning, budgeting and cost control
Good ability to act autonomously, with a spirit of initiative and responsibility;
Good computer skills from the user's perspective (Word, Excel or AutoCAD) and, preferably, Project;
Good interpersonal relationship and taste for teamwork;
Availability for occasional travel within the country;
Good knowledge of English.
