Workshop Maintenance Supervisor (M/F)

Ensure complete understanding, mastering and reinforcement of company policies, rules and values, while monitoring compliance within the workshop organization in particular;
Guarantee compliance in line with the Company Safety policy in all activities;
Ensure all equipment maintenance and repairs processes are reinforced, understood and followed;
All processes to be regularly updated and ready for internal audits;
All actions resulting from audits and inspections are followed and closed in due time;
Training and development of people is key and a fundamental responsibility of this role while knowledge transfer is an integral part of the contract, active participation with positive results is important;
Ensure focus on training and transfer of knowledge is attained to increased productivity of the workshop;
Guarantee effective inventory of parts and accessories readily available to respond to the company’s maintenance and repair program;
Carry out technical inspections for all equipment certifications which are to be carried out as per manufacturers’ recommendations;
Perform periodic technical inspections and audit on equipment;
Updating the equipment datasheet on a regular basis; Ensure liaison with equipment manufacturers and agencies to guarantee that all technical alerts and modification are implemented in due time;
Ensure the Company values are fully reinforced whilst promoting customer satisfaction;
KPI monitoring, equipment availability and related processes are kept to a high standard;
Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance of all equipment is conducted according to the parameters provided by the equipment suppliers;
Ensure that equipment safety and operation standards are kept at the highest level according to manufacturing and operations recommendation;

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum 5 years of experience in areas of Maintenance, Repairs, Technical Equipment Inspections or similar functions preferably in the Mechanical Industry;
Fully Fluent in Portuguese (100% all areas);
Excellent understanding of English (written and spoken);
Computer literate;
Imediate availability.
