• Receive and follow up enquiries from high profile clients ranging from corporate, administrations and private customers
• Preparing import/export documents in accordance with customs regulations
• Organize operations with customs clearing clerks, road transporters, shipping lines, airlines and general providers our company works with
• Provide an excellent and accurate feedback to all stakeholders on the ongoing operations
• Maintain records including storage movements, shipment information (dates and details), delivery documents and all financial evidences
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth moving process relating to our clients personal effects/house hold goods and commercial cargo
• Work as part of a team that manages the move process for clients which involves passing relevant information accurately to other team members as part of the coordination of the moves

• As an International Move Coordinator you will be expected to hold good educational qualifications appropriate to skills required for the position
• Min. 12th grade (higher education in Logistics would be a plus)
• A basic understanding of business finance (invoicing, margins, etc)
• Knowledge of import and export documentation requirements
• Be able to manage a filing system and keep accurate records
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be familiar with software such as Word, Excel, etc
• A very good level of written and spoken English is absolutely required
• Experience in Logistics would be appreciated
• Able to work under pressure
