Provide guidance and guidance to the line of business in technical, resource, contractual and commercial compliance;
Represent as a delegate by the Head of Business Line;
Responsible for the development and well-prepared delivery of the specific line of business area with in relation to safety, quality, finances and customer satisfaction;
Responsible for supporting and implementing the development of the line of business area offering to support the company's growth and to maintain the ability to meet customer needs;
To support new and development with existing customers at all levels of the line of business;
Be focused on customer satisfaction, business development and profitability for the company, ensuring that this way of working is adopted across the entire line of business;
Responsible for ensuring that operational activities are carried out in accordance with the standards and accreditations, including but not limited to - ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO / IEC 17020;
Actively seek and deliver revenue growth on awarded projects or framework-agreement works;
Limits according to Authority Matrix;
Meeting or exceeding the agreed budget;
Delegation of financial responsibility in the absence of the Line Manager, Contacts and registrants:
Internal: Heads of Business Lines, Line of Business Team Members, Regional Management Team members, project managers / engineers and teams, workshop teams, human resources, business Development, Finance, QHSE;
External: All existing and potential operational customers, external parties, relevant industry Accreditation groups / bodies.
Requisitos
Education degree or equivalent experience;
Relevant management experience;
Proven experience in one or more of EnerMech's target sectors;
regulatory experience;
Demonstrate the ability to grow and develop cohesive teams;
Good understanding of commercial/cost awareness;
Experience of NAV / SAP or similar software;
Valid OGUK Medical and Survival Preferred;
Qualification in an Engineering discipline or professional qualification in Inspection, Engineering or technician
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment;
Apply in the company as Customer Health, Safety and Environment Policies and procedures;
Ensure that all operational and quality procedures of the company are complied with at all times;
Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures.
