Descrição
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the company attracts qualified candidates.
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and assist in the selection of new employees.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, interview processes, and onboarding procedures.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues related to workplace conflict, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Promote a positive work environment by encouraging open communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
Advise management on best practices for maintaining strong employee relations and resolving issues fairly and consistently.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal system and ensure that regular feedback is provided to employees.
Assist in setting performance goals, monitoring employee progress, and managing performance improvement plans.
Develop and implement strategies to boost employee motivation, productivity, and satisfaction.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and create or coordinate relevant training programs.
Support employee career development by providing opportunities for growth, including mentoring and leadership programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals and ensure legal compliance.
Monitor adherence to company policies and recommend improvements where necessary.
Ensure that HR practices align with the company's values and business strategies.d to meet business goals.
Requisitos

HR systems and software proficiency;
Data-driven: Ability to use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and improve HR processes;
Experience: 10 years of experience in HR roles and/or team management, with at least 3 in leadership positions;
Good knowledge of LGT;
Recruitment and talent acquisition;
Performance management;
Compensation and benefits;
Conflict resolution;
Spoken and written English.
